Privacy Policy

The consultation form asks for your name, phone, email, preferred language, the type of case, an optional attorney and an optional message. The form is labeled as a demo and submits nowhere. Nothing you enter is sent to us or to anyone else, stored on a server or seen by anyone.

The fee calculator, the policy tracker, the resource library and the attorney directory run entirely in your browser. The site loads no analytics and sets no tracking cookies, so it collects no other personal information about visitors.

Your immigration status, case numbers, alien registration number and the facts of your case are sensitive. A real firm would ask for them only in a confidential consultation, not in a website form. On this demo the message box tells you so, and nothing typed there leaves your browser.

The resource library writes your filters into the page address after the # sign, so a filtered list can be bookmarked or shared. That part of the address is never sent to the server. Nothing else is stored.

The form includes a Cloudflare Turnstile bot-check widget. When the form is about to come into view, your browser requests the widget from challenges.cloudflare.com, so Cloudflare receives your IP address and basic browser details as part of that request. Nothing you type is sent to Cloudflare.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs of requests. Fonts and photos are served from this site's own domain. Links to USCIS, the Department of State, the courts and other official sites take you to those sites, whose own policies apply there. No information is sold or shared for advertising.

The form includes an optional, unchecked box about calls and texts. The demo sends nothing, so no messages are ever sent. The Text Message Terms explain what a real firm would say. Mobile numbers and text consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.

This site is not directed at children under 13 and collects no information from anyone.
